Of course, we initially ignored his recommendation and looked at houses in other areas. Once we looked at a home he recommended in the subdivision he originally suggested, with his help, we bought it. So, don't ignore his suggestions. He's very good at what he does and that extends to the offer contract and price negotiations. We highly recommend Glen.
