Before real estate, Glen spent over 20 years as an oil and gas landman, negotiating directly with landowners and attorneys across Texas. He ran title research, managed complex contract negotiations, and learned how to protect his client's position when the other side didn't want to budge. That experience translates directly to real estate: reading contracts, catching what others miss, and staying calm when a deal gets complicated.

In 2016 he made the move into residential real estate because he wanted to help real people make the biggest financial decision of their lives. He brought the negotiation skills, the contract discipline, and the work ethic with him. Ten years and 160+ sales later, he hasn't looked back.
